Q. Do I get an e-mail confirmation of my booking?

If you have completed all the booking steps correctly, an automatic e-mail confirmation of the booking will be sent to the e-mail address you provided in your booking. However, you will not receive a booking confirmation e-mail if the e-mail address provided was misspelt or in some other way invalid. Please be aware that e-mail confirmations, although usually arriving within minutes, can take far longer to arrive when the internet is busy.

Q. What happens if I am running late for my flight?

If possible, please call us 15 minutes before your arrival and we can arrange a Taxi to be ready when you reach our car park.

Q. Do you account for traffic between the airport and car park at peak times?

Yes we do, however in order for you to have a stress-free start to your holiday, we do advise you to arrive at our car park at least 1 hour before your airport check in time.

Q. How will I be collected from the airport?

You can either use the Hoppa Service which runs every 30-40 minutes to and from the Airport at a cost of £5 per person. Alternatively, you can call us to book a Taxi.

Q. What if my plane is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, please give us a call on the number supplied on our website.

Q. How long will I need to wait at the airport to be picked up?

We do not provide our own pick-up and drop-off service, but you are welcome to use the Hoppa Service which runs every 30-40 minutes, or call us to book a Taxi.

Q. What security accreditations do you have?

Budget Heathrow Parking holds the ‘Park Mark’ Safer Parking award which is accredited to secure car parks that have been vetted by the Police and have security measures in place in order to create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle.

Q. How is the car compound secured?

The security of your vehicle whilst it is in our care is of paramount importance. Our secure outdoor compound has CCTV and floodlighting.

Q. What happens if my car breaks down/battery goes flat?

If you have a problem with your vehicle please notify any member of our staff. If your vehicle cannot be started at all we will happily assist you to contact your breakdown operator.

Q. What happens if my car is damaged in the car park?

Please check your vehicle before leaving the car park as claims cannot be considered once vehicles have left the premises. Should your vehicle have suffered damage whilst in our care, please immediately notify the Duty Manager.

Q. What if I need to cancel my airport parking booking?

You can cancel your booking with us up to 24 hours prior to your booked arrival time if you purchased the cancellation protection at the time of booking and you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to refund bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours of the booked arrival time or purchased without the cancellation protection.

Q. Can I get a refund if my holiday gets cut short?

As we are unable to re-book the space that has been reserved for your vehicle for the duration of your booking, we cannot refund the airport parking booking fee.

Q. Are there restrictions over what type of vehicle I can leave with you?

Yes, we have a height restriction for our car park, we cannot accept vehicles over 2.4m (7ft. 6in). We are also unable to accept motorbikes and oversized vehicles.. Please note that large vehicles that require more than one parking space and vehicles with trailers will incur additional charges.

Q. What is the procedure if I want someone else to collect my vehicle?

As we do not hold the car keys you are welcome to ask someone else to collect your vehicle at your discretion. Please note that if a car is left behind at the car park beyond the allotted time then it will incur a charge of £10 per day until collected.

We offer a convenient and reliable airport parking service for people who want to avoid the stress of taxis, long stay car parks and airport buses.

Q. How does this work?

Booking and payments can be made online or by calling us. All you have to do is park your car at one of our parking bay and head off to the airport.

Q. What are the payment methods?

All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Q. I have made a booking but I haven’t got my booking confirmation yet?

Q. Will my card details be safe and secure?

We do not store any card details and customer details are kept confidential.

Q. Do I get full instructions concerning the parking procedure?

Yes. Once you have made an online booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail with full details and instructions.

Q. What if I am a first time user and am not aware of these procedures?

Just give us a call on our customer service number. Our team will be able to guide you through the whole process.

Q. How can I change my vehicle details?

Simply give us a call 24 hours before arrival and we will be able to make the changes.

Q. How do I collect my vehicle when I return?

As we do not hold your car keys you can just collect your vehicle from the car park within the allotted time to avoid further charges.

Q. Is it possible to leave valuable possessions with you?

No. We do not hold any valuable possession and recommend that you do not leave behind anything in the car.

Q. What if I return later than the scheduled day?

You will be charged for the additional days at £10.00 per day. You can avoid unnecessary delays if you could notify us early.

Q. Do you offer car wash services?

Sorry we do not have any car wash facility.

Q. Does the website work with all browsers?

The web site works on Firefox v3 onwards, Internet Explorer 7 onwards, Safari 5 onwards, and many mobile platforms including Android and iPhone. We do not guarantee that the site will look correct or operate properly on older versions of the above browsers or other browser applications. Internet Explorer 6 in particular may or may not work depending on the exact revision and build - you are advised to use a later version of Internet Explorer or an alternative browser if you are still using Internet Explorer 6.

Q. How secure is your website? A message box popped up with the message "The page contains both secure and non-secure items, do you want to display the non-secure items." Why?

Throughout the booking process your data is secured using the SSL protocol, when you press confirm your booking is taken and we display a confirmation page. This confirmation page is still under our secure environment but contains links to parts of our web site that do not need to be secure, such as our airport parking meeting instruction and direction pages. Your data is Secure, the message merely alerts you to the fact that some links on the page are not under the secure protocol and that you will leave the secure environment should you click on them.

To know if you are in a secure connection or not, look for the closed padlock on your browser's status line. If it is present then you are currently under a secure connection and any details entered on this page are secure.

Depending on how your browser options are set you may or may not see this message. If you see the message box, then you have three choices denoted by 3 buttons YES, NO, MORE INFO.

If you click YES then the Confirmation page will display normally including the links that are not under SSL.

If you click NO then the page will display normally but remove the links not under SSL, therefore you will not be able to click on these links.

After I gave my Credit Card details and pressed Book Now, I lost my connection to your website and/or received a system error. How do I check if my booking went through?

If your booking was successful, you should receive an email confirmation within a short time after confirming the booking. If you have not received the email or need to check straight away, return to our home page and call us at the number provided.
